I want to give a personalised gift hamper… How do I go about it?
Go to personalise your gift on our website and create your own gift hamper or gift by choosing everything down to the last detail.
Nevertheless, you can always get in touch with us via e-mail so we can help you come up with the perfect gift.
When will my order arrive?
We usually have a small stock of all our products so that orders can be dispatched as soon as possible, so we’re usually able to hand your order over the courier within 1 to 2 days.
Nevertheless, please bear in mind that all our products are handmade, so it’s possible for one or some of them to be unavailable in the fabric you chose at some point. In that case, we’ll continue to make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, but it may take up to 15 days. However, it’s highly likely that you’ll get your order well before then.
In case one or all of the items in your order has to be made, seisdeltres will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date after you place your order.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using any of the following methods:

How can I return my order?
If the item does not meet your expectations, you can send us an e-mail requesting an exchange for another item or a refund of the purchase amount within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be returned to seisdeltres via certified mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the address: calle Venezuela, 65 – 08195 Sant Cugat del Vallés. You can also return the items using a courier service. In any case, return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted by seisdeltres for any personalised items that have been made according to your specifications.
seisdeltres will refund the amount once we’ve received the returned item and we’ve confirmed that the item is in perfect condition.
In any case, seisdeltres will keep you informed of the status at all times via the e-mail address you’ve provided us with.
